Case in point… were you smiling as you remembered that tender message your S.O. sent you or did you remember you forgot to run to the grocery store and now, you do not have groceries for the evening… Frequently, take snapshots of your where your mind is at the time…. check in with yourself and ask yourself, who is driving this mind? Proudly say to yourself “I am!” and lovingly, BE happy about it! Love yourself because this is who you are… your own unique mind with a creative spirit who is always driving forward with a destination in mind, or not.
